We felt compelled to write a note about how happy we are that we contacted Jamie when it came to purchasing our property. After originally going to an agent on the Almeria coast and being let down time and time again, we contacted Jamie and are glad to say within two weeks we had the keys to the property in our hands.

After an apparent lack of interest from the agent we went to view the property with, even after stating we wanted to purchase, we found out that Jamie had the property on his books also. Jamie is a customer of mine and I know him as someone who likes to get the job done and so approached him as we wanted to buy the property. Jamie was efficient in all aspects of his job and gave us daily updates on our situation and chased paperwork for us when the Spanish lawyers dragged their heels.

As we had been let down previously I feel that Jamie wanted to demonstrate how things should be done and left us with no doubt of this. How we wish we had known that he had the property in the first place, we could had saved ourselves a lot of hassle and wasted time. Jamie will take care of your property purchase for you and leave you with peace of mind where others don't.

You guided us through the legal maze and made the whole procedure pain free and simple. You even came to the bank with us and helped to liaise with the bank manager when we were sorting the finances out.
